When it’s time for admission, please arrive at the time recommended by your doctor. Upon entering Suwasevana’s Main Hospital, head to the Main Reception & Admission Lounge on the Ground Floor. If you’re unsure where to go, our friendly Personal Relations Officers will guide you.

• Referral letter from your doctor.
• Your National Identity Card or Passport.
• Medical benefits card or Letter of Guarantee (if applicable)
• Toiletries such as toothbrush, shaving kit, and personal items (Patients admitted to the Premier Wing will receive complimentary toiletries, towels, and tissues. All rooms include soap and tissues)

Leaving the hospital is just as important as arriving. Our team will evaluate your readiness for discharge and ensure you understand the next steps in your recovery.

• Your complete bills (hospital + doctor) will be ready at discharge.
• We accept cash, cheques, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and the portal.
• Insurance and employer Letters of Guarantee are accepted where credit arrangements exist.
