Ensure you arrive at the hospital at the designated time specified by your doctor on the day of admission.

Upon arriving at Suwasevana main hospital, proceed to the Main Reception & Admission Lounge on the Ground floor of the Main building. If you're unsure of where to go, seek assistance from one of our Personal Relations officers. They will assist you with the check-in process.

• Referral letter from your doctor.
• Your National Identity Card or Passport.
• Any medical benefits card or Letter of Guarantee from your insurance company or employer. (only applicable for companies that have credit arrangements with the hospital)
• Bring your toiletries, such as a toothbrush and shaving kit. (Patients who are admitted to the Premier wing ward will get a pack of basic toiletries, towels, and Tissues. Soaps and Tissues are available in every room you get admitted).

The hospital discharge procedure is a crucial component of patient care, marking the transition from hospitalization to continued recovery outside the healthcare facility. It involves a series of steps aimed at facilitating a smooth and safe transition for patients as they return home or transfer to another care setting.

The discharge process begins with the attending healthcare team evaluating the patient's readiness for discharge based on medical stability, treatment completion, and functional status.

The complete hospital and doctor bills will be collected upon your discharge. We accept various modes of payment, including cash, cheque, credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment through the portal.
